The Investor's Title Search was designed specifically as a preliminary search for investors preparing to buy properties at a sheriff sale auction. It includes a county and statewide judgment search. Although this search is intended to reveal most title issues that a prospective buyer may be responsible for, it is not an insured search and not a replacement for title insurance.
