This custom designed assessment utilizes a combination of county land records, statewide judgments, flood, tidelands, limited chancery, limited tax, and other searches to create a risk assessment snapshot designed to help investors assess risk after submitting a winning bid at an auction. It is not intended as a replacement for title insurance, is not an insured product, does not cure any issues found, nor does it constitute as investment advice. Title insurance should be ordered to provide more detailed information about any potential title defects or surviving debts.
